In all my years of sports, golf and play, the fundamentals of the activity were always a focus for long term success.  I imagine most agree that when we start from a place of instability the growth, upside and success is limited and/or falters.

The fundamental of all aspects of health and performance is spinal alignment and body balance.  Spinal alignment is the structural foundation of the body.  All movement and coordination begins internally.  In my experience the greatest client outcomes originate from a corrected misaligned spine.  Whether pain reduction, improved sleep quality, weight loss and detoxification or getting a personal best in a race or athletic event.  Its the internal alignment that sets the course for new achievement.
