~ Give up Soda – replacement can be sparkling water with fresh fruit juice.
~ Once a week only eat 2 meals within an 8 hour period.
~ Get 8 hours of sleep per night
~ Increase your healthy fats (avocado, clean quality fish oil’s, coconut)
~ Eat fermented vegetables (i.e. kimchi sauerkraut)
~ Decrease sitting and increase walking:  Work on flexibility
~ Get your Vitamin D levels checked.  Keep them high
~ Eat nutrient dense protein.
~ Meditate for 10 minutes a day.
